We do not offer a discount to disabled visitors, but we do offer free admission for carers to accompany and enable the disabled person to visit the park. Proof of entitlement will be required. Carer admission tickets are not available online and can be collected on arrival at the Ticket Office.

The Teddy Mountain make-a-bear sessions take place between 1:00pm and 3:00pm each day. You must contact the Safari Park at least two days before arriving to book your place.

Pumpkins can be purchased on the day, subject to availability. Our pumpkins are not grown at the Safari Park, but are sourced in Scotland and will appear in a themed pumpkin field for you to select your own.

Once you have bought your tickets you will receive an email with a 6 digit reference number confirming your purchase. Please quote this number on arrival at the Safari Park. Once your purchase is complete refunds will not be given.
