You can save money by buying your tickets in advance from us online. This is the only place on the internet that you will find a discount on our admission price.

Online tickets are valid for 45 days from date of purchase and must be bought at least 8 hours in advance of your planned visit.

*Proof of eligibility is required. The student discount is for full-time university or college students only. A valid matriculation card will require to be shown on arrival. The senior citizen rate applies to people aged over 60 years.

**Minimum age for facepainting is 3 years.

We do not offer a discount to disabled visitors, but we do offer free admission for carers to accompany and enable the disabled person to visit the park. Proof of entitlement will be required.

Carer admission tickets are not available online and can be collected on arrival at the Ticket Office.

Once the purchase is complete refunds will not be given. Your online tickets is for one day admission only.

Once you have bought your tickets you will receive an email with a 6 digit reference number confirmation your purchase. Please print this confirmation email and show it to the Ticket Office on arrival, or if you are unable to print out the email, please quote the 6 digit reference number.
