When you buy tickets online you will be sent an email with a booking reference, please bring a copy of your reference number with you when you come to the Zoo. Please be aware that all children must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets bought online are strictly non-refundable. Tickets purchased online can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or transferable. Tickets are valid for 1 use within 12 months of the day of purchase.

On your Visit

We encourage all guests to take public transport to the Zoo. We have two car parks and permission to use overflow parking on Ladies Mile on the Downs. On the day of your visit please follow signs indicating where parking is available. There is a small charge for parking. Parking at the zoo is limited; we advise arriving early during peak periods to avoid disappointment.

Ticket classifications:
- Adult is classed as aged 19-64 years old inclusive
- Child is classed as aged 2-14 years inclusive. Children aged under 2 years are free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult
- Concessions apply for students (valid student ID must be shown), those aged between 15-18 years old inclusive, senior citizens aged 65 or over, and disabled adults aged over 15 years old - evidence of eligibility will be requested, which may include a Blue Badge, statement of special educational needs from LEA or NHS, or a letter from a medical professional on NHS headed paper. Disabled adults or children can bring one carer with them free of charge.
