Please be aware that our gorilla house is currently closed whilst it undergoes a major refurbishment. The gorillas can still be seen on warmer days out and about on Gorilla Island, although on colder days they may choose to stay indoors, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

When you buy tickets online you will be sent an email with a barcode, which you will need to print off in order to gain entry. If you are buying this ticket as a Christmas gift and would like tickets sent in the post rather than by email, please call 0117 9747 300 between the hours of 09:00-17:00. Please be aware that all children must be accompanied by an adult. Refunds are not available. Tickets are valid for 1 use within 12 months of the day of purchase.

Ticket classifications:
- Adult is classed as aged 19-64 years old inclusive
- Child is classed as aged 2-14 years inclusive. Children aged under 2 years are free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult
- Concessions apply for students (valid student ID must be shown), those aged between 15-18 years old inclusive, senior citizens aged 65 or over, and disabled adults aged over 15 years old - evidence of eligibility will be requested, which may include a Blue Badge, statement of special educational needs from LEA or NHS, or a letter from a medical professional on NHS headed paper. Disabled adults or children can bring one carer with them free of charge.
